Career Summary:
Graduating from University with a Masters in Engineering Pauls career began as a graduate trainee within a multinational automotive manufacturing organisation. Upon completion of 2 years training he worked for 4 years a process improvement Engineer before being seconded into Technical Purchasing and Supplier Development role. He subsequently moved into a global commodity leader role managing the purchasing strategy for a global division. In 2004 he and his wife (Deborah) purchased Petrie and he joined the team.

Sarah Lyons
Position: Recruitment Consultant

Career Summary:
Sarah joined Petrie in 2010 with 9 years experience within a similar role. With almost 20 years of recruitment experience her knowledge of our market is encyclopaedic. Prior to her recruitment Career Sarah worked in a series of administrative and Customer Service roles within a variety of industries.

Estelle Thomas
Position: Recruitment Consultant

Career Summary:
Following graduation from University, with a degree in Business Management, Estelle worked for a year for a large multinational recruitment organisation before joining Petrie as a Candidate Co-ordinator. She has since risen through the structure to become a consultant with 9 years of experience at this level.

Daniel Fewings
Position: Database and IT administrator
Joined the Team: 1997
Career Summary:
Daniel joined Petrie after graduating from University with a bachelors degree in Banking and Finance. As a key member of the team it is estimated that he has created 95% of the database candidate records that we have. Daniel creates and formats all candidate CVs to the same exacting standard whilst also administrating our internet and social media accounts.

Sarah Evans
Position: Administrator
Joined the Team: 2002
Career Summary:
Sarahs early career was in a variety of administration and customer service roles. She joined Petrie in 2002 and worked for many years in the Candidate Co-ordinator role but has since moved into a far more administrative role making sure that all of the temps are administered correctly. She is still on hand to pick up the phone and speak to the candidates when needed.

Career Summary:
Amy joined Petrie the week before she Graduated from university. Throughout her studies she has completed an abundance of zero hours roles and is settling into her first “proper job” well.
