Job Elements
- To create and revise costing data and assess the impact on the finished goods’ selling price on a quarterly basis.
- To issue and update validated prices as and when changes are required.
- Obtain and Analyse latest pricing information.
- Create Cost Sheets using analysed data.
- Compare and challenge all data before submission for customer validation.
- Upload validated pricing data into the Sage system.
- Create purchase price lists in Sage for all new components and raw materials.
What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:
- Understanding of financial data management
- G.C.S.E. Mathematics and English, grades A*-C (or equivalent).
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software (especially Excel)
- Understanding of supply chain and associated lead times.
- Knowledge of Sage Databases, with particular reference to financial data
- Knowledge of external Customer Technical Databases.
- Experience of working in an FMCG, Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical environment
- Strong numeral and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
